These ice cubes will keep your champagne cold, and melt to create a classic mimosa with just the right amount of orange juice to champagne ratio!

Ingredients

  • 1 raspberry per ice cube mold
  • 2 cups orange juice, approx.

Directions

  1. Add 1 raspberry to each ice cube mold.
  2. Fill mold to top with orange juice.
  3. Place in freezer to freeze all the way through.
  4. Once frozen, remove from ice cube mold and place 1-2 ice cubes in your glass of champagne.

Notes

  • Exact amount of raspberries and orange juice will depend on the size of your ice cube molds and how many ice cubes are made. The above amount is an estimate based on the amount of ice cubes made in the pictures. More of each can be added, if desired.

These Orange Rose Ice Cubes will add an elegant touch to your classic champagne and orange juice – and are super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 large oranges, cut into 18 thin orange slices
  • 3 cups orange juice, approx.

Directions

  1. Slice each orange in half, and then into thin slices, to make a total of 18 thin orange slices.
  2. Take 1 orange slice, gently bend and place in ice cube mold. Repeat with 2 more orange slices, slightly rotating each one as you place them all in the same mold.
  3. Repeat to fill the remaining ice cube molds.
  4. Once each mold has 3 orange slices inside, fill each mold approx. half way with orange juice.
  5. Place in freezer to freeze all the way through.
  6. Once frozen, remove from ice cube mold and place 1 cube in your glass of champagne.

Notes

  • The amount of orange juice is an estimate based on the amount of ice cubes made in the pictures.
  • You may need a wider glass than a traditional champagne flute.
